Niche Conversions - Delivery Information

Cost of Deliveries
All orders placed over the value of £299.99 will be free of charge.
Our minimum delivery charge is £10.00
Our maximum delivery charge is £30.00

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all none special orders within 7 days, however in the event of an item being out of stock you will be notified of the expected delivery date by email.

Further Delivery Information
All deliveries must be signed for.
Deliveries will be made between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
If you have any specific delivery instructions we must be notified when placing your order.
We use a nationwide haulage company to delivery your order.
Orders are only dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS TAKE BETWEEN 2 TO 4 WEEKS AND ARE NONE REFUNDABLE.

Niche Conversions will contact you by email or phone once you have placed your order, We will not take any payment until you are satisfied with your delivery date.

VERY IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:

DELIVERY ACCESS:
Certain Goods (wheels, large body parts etc.) will be palletized and delivered on an arctic trailer. If there is restricted access, please stipulate this in the 'Special Delivery Information' box on our website and we will contact you prior to dispatch of the order.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Niche will always notify you of the specific delivery date of your order. In the advent that a delivery is made and you are not in to receive the goods, there will be a re-delivery charge of £35.25

DAMAGED GOODS
Your goods will be delivered by an independent carrier therefore, prior to signing for the receipt of the goods please make sure that any discrepancy or damage are noted on the delivery note by you or anybody who signs on your behalf (any claims for discrepancy or damage not clearly marked on the delivery note cannot be accepted)

Additionally Niche Conversions must be notified in writing of the full extent of the discrepancy/breakage within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Thank you
