Here are just a few frequently asked questions that you may find useful when selecting your products.

What are your opening times?

Monday to Friday. 8.30am until 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am until 2:00pm

Are your products in stock?

The majority of our products are stock items. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery for any goods that are special order items.

How long does it take for delivery?

Up to 7 days for stock items, 2 to 4 weeks on all special order products.

Do your body parts come painted?
Unless stated all body parts are delivered unpainted. We do offer a paint service by our partner Impact body shop, should you require further information costing etc please contact us.

What payment methods to you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards online or over the phone.  You must provide us with full address and the telephone number of the address that the card is registered to. We also accept cheques and bank transfers. Goods will not be dispatched until we receive payment in full and it has cleared.

Do you have a shop where I can come and look at your products?
Yes. Please contact us for further details.

Can I telephone you?

Yes. It is always advisable. Monday to Friday 9.00am until 6:00pm.Saturday 10:00am until 2:00pm

What is TUV approval?

All products that carry the TUV approval have been strictly crash tested to TUV German standard.

What happens if I miss the delivery?
You will be clearly notified of what day your order will arrive. If a delivery is made and you are not in, a card will be left by a driver, follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.
They will be a re-delivery charge of £35.25

What should I do if I have restricted access to my house?

If you have restricted access or any specific delivery instructions please inform us at the time ordering buy filling in the 'additional special delivery information' box on our website or call us so we can make arrangements with the delivery company.

Am I able to have the goods delivered to an alternative address than that of my card billing address?

Your orders can be delivered to a different address if requested, but you must also supply the registered credit card address for security reasons.
